The Documentary Film Institute, the International Documentary Film Festival Jihlava and the International Film Festival Karlovy Vary invite you to a presentation of East European documentary films to be released in cinemas and international film festivals in the year 2006/2007.
Directors taking part in the DOCU TALENTS FROM EAST presentation: Leszek David (Poland), Atlanas Georgiev (Macedonia), Lucie Kralova (Czech Republic), Peteris Krilovs (Lithuania), Robert Lakatos (Hungary), Juraj Lehotsky (Slovakia), Sergei Loznica (Russia), Andrey Paounov (Bulgaria), Karel Vachek (Czech Republic).
Presentation contains:
• A selection of the major documentary films made in the Middle and East Europe in 2006/2007
• Authorial projects from Estonia to Bulgaria
• Fresh information, meeting the directors and producers, previews of the films in progress
